BUT IT IS ACTUALLY A WRONG THAT AUTISTICS CAN DO TO EACH OTHER TOO. It features in the foul play politics within the autistic scene. Real aggression also features in that, but the point is there is a duty to analyse and back up WITH DETAILED REASONING any accusation of aggression. Unless it stands up to rational reasoning it is a medical abuse to maintain the accusation.

This makes it A CRIME, a violation of safe support, for anyone in our scene to accuse another of aggression then to stop answering them then to block/cut off contact without explaining or defending the accusation in detail.

5G irradiated environment ?

We are sensitive to our environments. Sensory issues, unfiltered overwhelms by bright light or a teeming crowd's sound, irritating electronic hums, all that. I have to keep the cable unplugged from my bedside radio to sleep, otherwise the faint hum is annoying as well as a waste of electricity.

It is needed against derisive conformist thugs who in several cases have been capable of serious violence. A really great thing it could do is ban macho aggression over eye contact! You know, the irrational thug culture of "Are you looking at me?" which comes from animal instincts to find eye contact a threat. But mishandling eye contact is part of autism.

Discrimination and hate law is now an overlapping power of both governments. The Equalities Act 2010, the overall British-wide law on mimority groups and an aggravated hate status for attacks on them, was done at Brirish level and so this petition, which after all originates in England too, is naturally going to British level. But it's worth knowing that steps at Scottish level are possible too under the recently increased powers.

Parent of adult needs support fighting mental health act

Parent Leo Andrade in London is having an unjust hard time against rigid Mental Health Act ways of thinking, still being applied wrongly to autistic son Stephen into adulthood, now aged 22.

Support this family's petition and keep hearing listening to and linking to their testimony. Injustice stories always need telling. That is always the first basic about them. Shine a light into truth. Always makes less bad stuff possible to happen than if it goes unnoticed.

We need to be careful that able autistics have a normal citizen's capacity and hence not to lump all autistics together with learning disability and mental health in arguments about lack of insight into an action's social effects. Some actions are totally fair and logical and fall foul of PC. So I'm not wholly happy with the petition's wording. But have signed because it is an important civil liberty point for all autistics to prevent logical fair sensible actions of assertion of fair place in society, from getting classed as harrassment because a malicious person unfairly has a stronger social influence and power base.

For we already live in a time when it has become logically impossible for straight men to take any step at all towards acquiring a partner because absolutely any such action can count as an offence of sexual harrassment and get us into trouble. This at the same time as music and TV still peer pressurise for partnering. A total mixed message in the culture, saying to all straight men: we assume you have failed or are suffering unless you do something which we might charge you with harrassment if you do.

As I wrote in my submission to parliament's enquiry on loneliness: "The correct awareness of safety for women and ending a sex object view of them has led to the opposite swing of a PC presumption against men in every boundary colliding situation. Men now perceive, that in any dispute over accidental social or physical collisions, whoever actually caused them, we are the ones who are more politically convenient to blame. This has gender unequal impacts on safety of acceptance to be in social spaces, hence to feel secure in them, hence on exclusion and loneliness."

This is a strong reason why the petition is right.

How does this sound to all the single aspies? A question Elas focussed on and held meets on for many of its members? In a society where any action at all towards acquiring a partner is capable of counting as sexual harrassment and getting you into trouble, particularly for straight men, the Home Office are certain enough that anyone with any real orientation is bound to get a partner that on grounds of it they are deporting a Ugandan gay woman to a danger of barbaric stoning. "a 30-year-old Ugandan woman who was raped and identifies as lesbian is being deported because she's been single for 5 years. She has been unable to develop a relationship with a woman because her rape left her traumatized. When she returns to Uganda, she expects to be attacked and stoned."
